“Looking forward to an even more exciting webinar with Adecco!”

These were the few messages received from full-time students at the end of the workshops conducted by Adecco for Singapore Polytechnic (SP) students.

Face-to-Face Networking Workshop

Since 2014, Adecco has shared multiple employability best practices with SP staff and students in both face-to-face and virtual workshops.

Webinar on ‘How to Stand Out with Tech Employers’

At Adecco, their teams consist of youthful and dynamic individuals. They have been engaging SP students on their wealth of experience and expertise on topics related to ‘the future of work’ and ‘the resilient mindset’. The tips provided by them in the 40 to 60 minutes workshops has helped equipped the students with necessary skills and knowledge for their future career. Some of these includes ‘How to rock a LinkedIn Profile’, ‘How to sharpen a Resume’ and ‘How to the Ace the Interview and Networking for Career Success’.

Student’s testimonial

We believe that as much as the students enjoy their time with Adecco, Adecco staff too enjoyed their time interacting with the students as well as sharing their knowledge and expertise in the workshops. As a lecturer, we are also glad to see students taking actions to learn more by reaching out to Adecco and their staff via LinkedIn.

Overall, the partnership we had with Adecco has been very active and supportive, they have contributed to our students’ learning beyond the classroom and have created great awareness to our staff on the recruitment trends that is happening in today’s workforce.
