Role of Visitor Experience Ambassadors / Crew
Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors in person, on phone, and via email
- Promote exhibitions and tours
- Manage merchandise sales
- Oversee cash and cheque collections by security agency
- Ensure artworks are safe and secure
- Use of technologies to engage with visitors
- Coordinate group visits
- Conduct inspections to ensure that the galleries and surroundings are safe and conducive for visitors
- Collect visitors feedback and compile reports
- Manage daily takings and replenish collateral
- Manage email, phone inquiries, and group visit bookings
- Maintain cleanliness by providing basic housekeeping duties
- Handle administrative tasks such as guided tour registrations and inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High adaptability and good teamwork
Part timers:
- Able to commit at least 3 months
- Must be able to work 3 - 4 days a week (including 1 weekend)
Full timers:
- Able to commit at least 6 months
- Must be able to work 5 days a week (including weekends)
